Hello!
Today we have this nice Mercedes – Benz ML 320 CDI with suspected blown turbocharger. But to confirm where the problem is we have to do inspection firstly!
Owner of this car has a problem with limp mode that caused lost of power and management lights on dashboard.
We had to strip down turbocharger because from outside it was looking good. Then we found out that turbocharger gets seized which caused symptoms above.
Once we have this turbocharger off vehicle we found out that this turbo gets seized and must be rebuilded. So we passed turbocharger to our regeneration team and begin with services.
We drained old engine oil and replaced air and oil filters for new ones. Then we filled engine with brand new oil. These are very important steps to give new turbocharger friendly environment for the best performance.
