Today our workshop has been visited by this BMW 530d from year 2007. There was problem with lacking of power and oil leak from turbocharger side. Let’s check what is going on with this vehicle!
Inspection
While doing inspection we found that carbon has build up around feed pipes. This caused that turbocharger didn’t get suitable lubrication and gets seized. We cleaned feed pipes and found that broken seal caused leak.
Reconditioned Turbocharger
Right, so every feed pipe has been stripped down and cleaned. Broken hoses has been replaced. Old oil drained and oil and air filters replaced.
Lets fit now reconditioned turbocharger.
