Hybrid Turbocharger means that it’s upgraded version of traditional turbo. It generates more power, more boost and more torque. Custom made hybrid turbos are designed to get the best performance for your vehicle. We build hybrid turbochargers to suit specific applications.
When we built hybrid turbocharger we use 25% bigger compressor wheel CNC machined from a forged billet of aluminium which is 10% lighter and slimmer than original. To fit bigger internals we must re-profile turbine housing. Also, housing must be polishing & porting for better performance and visual.
Services
Turbocharger needs specific environment for the best performance. Replacing feed pipes for new ones is essential. We have to replace air and oil filters for new ones and clean intercooler. Also, very important is to fill engine with brand new oil.
