Honda CR-V (Civic, Accord) 2.2 Diesel N22A2 Reconditioning Turbo Turbocharger Replacement Fitting West Midlands Birmingham

Hello!

Today our garage has been visited by this Honda CR-V with 2.2 diesel engine from 2009. There was a problem with bad heavy smoke from exhaust and low performance. We did an inspection and found that oil feed pipes were blocked what caused oil leak to the turbocharger exhaust side and loud whining sound due to lack of lubrication.

Reconditioned Turbo

So once we found the reason of turbocharger failure we could begin with a job. Turbocharger has been stripped down and passed to reconditioning. Then we dropped sump to clean it as this car wasn’t serviced for a long time.

Fitting

Before reconditioned turbocharger can be fitted back we must do a few things to make sure that turbo will be working in a good and friendly environment. Old oil feed pipes have been replaced with the new one because good oil flow is very important for best performance. Air filter and oil filter must be replaced for new ones as well.

Test Drive & Warranty
