Turbo Reconditioning & Fitting
Along with turbocharger replacement, we drain old engine oil and replace air and oil filters, then we fill the engine with brand new oil. Additionally, we will inspect and clean the breathing system and turbo intercooler.
All of our turbochargers are balanced up to 250,000 RPM on the latest VSR machine. Correctly done balancing is very important for the best performance and long-lasting.

Lack of lubrication
If there is a lack of lubrication within the turbocharger the consequences can be severe. This is one of the most common reasons for failure, a lack of oil in any of the lubricated areas can cause premature failure. Which was a reason for failure in this case. The small turbocharger has completely seized while big turbocharger had a damaged bearing.
A lack of lubrication can result in catastrophic damage to the bearing systems which can occur within seconds of the turbocharger commencing operation.
Quite simply:
- If oil levels are too low, the turbocharger will fail;
- If the wrong grade of oil is used, the turbocharger will fail;
- If oil becomes contaminated, the turbocharger will fail.
