Our solutions and methods are the results of many years of experience. We learned customers needs and improved our process of turbo replacement in any Land Rover TDV6 or TDV8.
Doing it our way took more time than traditional replacement. But thanks to this we can avoid potential future issues with suspension, ABS, braking system, electric faults, sensor errors (ie. park).

Because of huge demand and work load we allocate about 2 weeks for completion time, subject to parts availability.
We keep reconditioned engines in stock, in some cases we can surprise you with 1 week completion time. Subject to stock.

We offer you
12 MONTHS WARRANTY ON ENGINE or
12000 MILES WHICHEVER COMES FIRST 24 MONTHS WARRANTY ON TURBOCHARGER
To keep your warranty valid, first service after rebuild, must be done within 500 miles then after every 6000 miles or 12 months (whichever comes first). Air filter, oil filter and engine oil must be replaced for new ones.
WHY ENGINES FAIL?
SIMPLY LACK OF CORRECT SERVICE INTERVALS. If the engine is serviced on regular basis every 6000 miles or 1 year, it will never get damaged by lack of lubrication.
How Recognize ENGINE FAILURE
Power / Boost Loss
If you notice that your turbocharged vehicle is accelerating slower than usual, or seize the turbocharger. It could be the sign of lower oil pressure due to the wear on main bottom crankshaft bearings.
RATTLING/KNOCKING NOISE
Often, worn engine bottom end looses engine pressure without the sign and warning on the dash. The top timing tensioners are affected and becoming to be noisy and rattly. Unfortunately it is not matter of changing the timing kit but full engine rebuild. Lost oil pressure will firstly damage turbochargers then cylinder heads.
LOW PRESSURE Warning Lights
On most modern cars, the computer diagnostics will pick up low pressure faults and the check engine light will come on. Of course, the check engine light doesn’t just cover engine failure.
We will check it properly and measure the oil pressure !
Grey/WHITE Smoke from Exhaust
If the engine is loosing compression or bottom end con rod bearings are worn, the engine runs very lumpy. Often it is wrongly diagnosed as a injector failure.
We know how to confirm or eliminate engine bottom failure without spending unnecessarily your MONEY!
