Today our garage has been visited by this SAAB 9-3 from year 2009 with 1.9 turbocharged diesel engine. This car was diagnosed as turbocharger failure with feed pipes blockages.

After inspection we found that turbocharger is completely gone and needs to be replaced. EGR valve must be cleaned and timing belt must be replaced. So let’s begin!

Soot cleaning

This happens when vehicle is not serviced regular, driven on low revs or just on short journeys. Loads of soot gets into valves, filters and exhaust causing blockages and engine damages.
